1/17/25: The Feeling Before, During, and After

Notes:
The contrast between the beginning of a meditation and the end are awing. In the beginning, you don't even realize how different your about to feel. During, All the tension you were previously unaware of in your body comes into the limelight, allowing you to treat it. It's like stillness brings awareness into every fiber of your being. Then, by the end, you're in a whole new, beautiful state of being: time is no longer what it used to be. I often eat my food slower post-meditation, taking the time to enjoy all the abundant flavor in every bite. I also tend to smile at everything: my dog, the toaster, you name it! Suddenly the world has been unveiled for what it truly is right before your eyes!
